Located in Shiprow, close to the harbour, Aberdeen Maritime Museum was extended in 1997 from the original 16th century Provost Ross’s House.
Exhibits tell the story of the North Sea industries, including offshore oil, fishing and shipping.
In the Maritime Cafe the former optic from Rattray Head Lighthouse is on display, and can be seen from each floor within the museum.
