The Box is an arts and heritage museum, art gallery and archive located in Plymouth. It was opened in September 2020.
Various buildings including the former Museum and Art Gallery were transformed as part of the scheme.
Exhibitions and events are held at The Box and there are research and learning facilities available.
The Box is responsible for Smeaton’s Tower and also has exhibits and information about the Eddystone Lighthouses. Wedding ceremonies can also be arranged at Smeaton’s Tower.
The Box also has a cafe, bar and shop.
